Seller Agreement
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This is a general-purpose template for shops selling on Loomcraft.
Please have a lawyer review it before onboarding real sellers, so it matches your actual commission,
payout, and local business/tax requirements.
1. Onboarding
Applying to sell on Loomcraft does not automatically create a store. Loomcraft reviews every application and may approve, request more information, or decline it at its discretion.
2. Subscription & Fees
Approved sellers pay a subscription fee (Monthly / Half-Yearly / Annual) to keep their store active, as shown at the time of onboarding. Loomcraft may also charge a commission on each sale, communicated separately.
3. Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings (description, price, images, stock). Loomcraft may remove any listing that violates its policies or applicable law.
4. Orders & Fulfilment
Sellers must fulfil orders within the timeframe agreed with Loomcraft and keep stock levels updated to avoid overselling.
5. Payments & Payouts
Payment collected from customers is settled to sellers on a schedule agreed separately, after deducting applicable commission and fees.
6. Suspension & Termination
Loomcraft may suspend or terminate a seller's account for non-payment of subscription fees, repeated customer complaints, or violation of this agreement.
7. Compliance
Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws (including GST registration where required) and consumer protection regulations for the products they sell.
8. Changes
This agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the seller account after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
